IA hosted an annual internal innovation award and invite outside judges to evaluate all submissions. There are total of eight categories and this project won the award under the "With Our Powers Combined" category. This category award projects that integrated and demonstrated philanthropic, humanitarian, DEI (diversity, equity, & Inclusion) components/concepts/solutions. Judges comments A judge said, "this project "was the clear winner. the amount of empathy and respect that is imbued in this environment, the softness, the way that it is not literal, but that they really dug deep to create an environment that is so incredibly intuitive and respectful really moved me." The judges were emotionally moved and unanimously this was the clear winner saying it was "quite extraordinary and really spoke to me." |
